The Role

As our Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind Tito Solutions' creative vision. You'll lead creative strategy, guide a team of designers and creatives, and ensure every output aligns with both business goals and brand integrity. This role is for someone who can think big, execute smart, and lead with empathy.

• •Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• •Make confident creative decisions—and stand by them

What You Need to Bring

• •Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Designer, or similar role
• •A strong portfolio showing strategic thinking + execution
• •Leadership experience (formal or informal) in creative teams
• •Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and storytelling
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
• •Strong decision-making skills under pressure
• •A balance of creativity, logic, and emotional intelligence
